Ordered this chair and it came with a small hole in the fabric. Did an easy return with UPS pick-up. The company rushed me out another one just in time for Christmas, since it was a gift. Great service!! The replacement was all good. It's a great lightweight chair to move around to different spots. We use it as a gaming chair. It's great for our smaller house and family!! It was very easy to assemble, too.flanigan1013

It's perfect for a smaller adult. I am 5'2"and this chair is very comfortable for me. My feet don't hang of the end and it supports my entire head. It's a manual recliner that was a little stiff at first to recline but after a few times it now reclines easily and smoothly. The cushions are very comfortable. I am extremely surprised how nice this is for the price and glad it's not oversized because I have trouble closing them and have to climb out of them.Terry
